Minced pork stuffed bell peppers

Minced Pork
Onion
Water chestnut
Garlic
Spring onion
worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Bell pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake for 25 mins with olive oil spray on the pepper.


Way too hot for me. HahHahaha...

Simon Pugh loved it when I cooked this in Darwin.
